What A Tale A Fox Could Tell ...

If you could read my mind love ... What a tale my thoughts could tell ... Just like an old time movie ... 'Bout a ghost from a wishing well ... In a castle dark or a fortress strong ... With chains upon my feet ... You know that ghost is me ... And I will never be set free ... As long as I'm a ghost you can't see ...

Day 28: A City In A City

After hours and countless times of planning and deciding what to do on a Sunday, and after the much disappointment of some, we went to church at Franciscan's Chapel because we mistakenly confused the schedule of the mass at Matsudo. Instead of the second and fourth sunday of the month, we thought it was the first and third sunday of the month that they would have a mass that we can understand. :D

So after a quick conference chat, we decided to have mass at Roponggi. Then lunch afterwards and a stroll in Roponggi hills. So that's the plan we had but that's just between me, Brian, Janice, and Edric. But with us were Alvin, Stella, and Bing.

But before going to Kitasenju station for the subway, Alvin, Brian, and I went to eat brunch at Matsuya. We were kinda hungry because we hadn't had any breakfast and the mass would start at 12 noon. So that would make us really hungry at that time. Hehehe ... we were even thinking of just eating light after the mass. Boy were we ever wrong. :D

After the mass, we had lunch at Tony Roma's Famous For Ribs. The servings were really that big. It was so big that I just ate chocolates for dinner because I was still a bit full. The place sort of looked like a bit of Hardrock Cafe. Oh speaking of which, before we went there for lunch, we went to Starbucks and Hardrock Cafe Merchandise store because Stella was looking for some stuffs to buy. After the lunch, the staff there, kinda cute but kinda skinny, kinda surprised us when he said "Thank you po!". Hahaha ... that just proved how many Filipino are in Roponggi.

We went next to Roponggi Hills, which they said to be a city within a city. Hmm, sort of like Rome. My gosh, it was like Milan or Paris ... fashion district. Branded clothes everywhere. Huge open air malls, which wasn't so nice that time 'coz it was freezing cold. Then there was the Asahi TV station and more.

The place was really nice but I think it is nicer during the night time. Not just because the place is very much famous for night life but the place was full of lights that would certainly looked awesome during the night. And of course the mere fact that it was just even during daytime that there were lots of cute guys, both local and foreigners, there made it even more tempting to go at night. :)

P.S. My first stolen shot from Janice. :D
